When was Arosa established?
Arosa Aruba was created in 2020 and first opened its doors on September 30, 2020.
How long do flowers from Arosa last?
We guarantee that they last for at least a year, however our flowers have been known to last up to 3 years and still are in perfect condition. Proper care is crucial to their longevity.
How do I care for my flowers?
We recommend that all flowers stay in a room temperature environment and stay out of direct sunlight and humidity. Do not water the flowers, they are preserved and therefore do not require it. Water will damage the arrangement. We include a care instructions card with every purchase.
How are Arosa flowers preserved?
Flowers from Arosa are preserved in a special, lightweight coating that preserves the rose in its current state, freezing it in time. It is a very light coverage so that the roses still feel natural to the touch.
Where do the flowers come from?
Our roses come from Colombia, one of the largest flower exporters in the world. Colombia has the highest quality of roses and flowers.
Are Arosa rose box arrangements worth the price?
Buying roses from a typical florist can be just as expensive and die after about a week. Our roses are similarly priced but last for over a year, even up to 3 years. That means that you are saving money in the long term by not needing to buy flowers as often. Purchase roses that last!
Can I close my box arrangement with the lid?
No, the roses are fragile so it is important to not squish them. The lid is meant to stay on the side or bottom of the box for decoration, not on top of the roses. Do not place anything on top of the roses as it will crush and damage them.
Can the boxes go through airport or cruise ship customs?
Yes, our flowers are pre-cleared by customs due to their preserved, non-living nature and are allowed to pass through. We provide a shipping box to place your arrangement in while you travel and you can take the box with you as carry-on.
Where does Arosa deliver to?
We deliver roses to all parts of the island of Aruba. We deliver to hotels, condos and residences on Aruba with great care. At this time, we do not ship rose boxes internationally.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over $50 USD! Otherwise, we charge $5 USD for delivery.
